Terms and Conditions of Sale, Cancellation and Delivery

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on wipeoutbrewing.com, owned by Wipe Out brewing, CVR no. 44812827, Else Alfelts Vej 32A, DK-2300 Copenhagen, Phone: +45 23 23 82 03, Email: contact@wipeoutbrewing.com.

All agreements are made in Danish.

The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers purchasing through wipeoutbrewing.com. Businesses do not have a right of withdrawal.


Payment and Delivery

We accept payment by Visa, Visa/Dankort, MobilePay, and bank transfer.

If you use an international payment card (e.g. Visa or Mastercard), the order amount will be reserved on your account immediately. If the order is canceled, the reservation is typically released within 1–2 banking days, though some banks may take up to 30 days to lift the reservation.

The amount will only be charged once the goods are shipped.

If you’ve ordered multiple items and one is on backorder, payment for that item will only be charged when it is shipped.

All prices are stated in DKK and include applicable bottle deposit (pant). Shipping costs are added to the order total. You will select the shipping method during checkout. A payment fee may apply depending on your chosen payment method.

We aim to ship your order within 5 business days, but longer processing times may occur.

All deliveries are made with GLS or Postnord, and we currently only ship to Denmark.


Right of Withdrawal – Radlers (Food & Beverage)

Orders of consumable goods (radlers) may be canceled by emailing contact@wipeoutbrewing.com. Cancellation must be made at least 2 days before the delivery date. You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept delivery.


Right of Withdrawal – Non-Food Items

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you or a person you designate (not the carrier) receives the item.

If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you or your designated person receives the last item.

If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day (June 5th), Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, it is extended to the next business day.


How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Notify us via email at contact@wipeoutbrewing.com if you wish to withdraw.

The withdrawal deadline is met if your notice is sent before the 14-day period ends.


Returning Items and Return Costs

If you withdraw, you must return the item(s) to Wipe Out brewing’s return address without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision.

The return deadline is met if the items are sent before the 14-day period expires.

Items cannot be returned cash-on-delivery or without home delivery.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds Following Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including any shipping costs.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide documentation that they have been returned.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.


Examination and Packaging of Goods

You are only liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store but not use them. If used beyond this, and the item cannot be resold or only at a reduced price, we may deduct this from your refund. If the item has no resale value, no refund will be issued.

Please return items in their original packaging and ensure that they are securely packed. You bear the risk for the item until it is received by us. Keep your postal receipt and tracking number.


Complaints – If Something Is Wrong with the Product

If you experience any defects or issues with your order, please contact us at contact@wipeoutbrewing.com or call +45 23 23 82 03.

Claims must be made as soon as possible upon receipt of the goods - both regarding the package itself and its contents - so we can act quickly and provide the best service.


Privacy Policy

We understand and respect the importance of privacy online. We do not disclose customer information to third parties unless necessary to complete a transaction. We will not sell your name, address, email, credit card details, or personal information to any third party without your prior consent.


Complaint Handling

You can submit a complaint about a product or service to:

The mediation team will attempt to resolve the issue. If no resolution is found, the complaint can be brought before the Consumer Complaints Board.

To be eligible to file a complaint, the item must typically cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000 (DKK 720 for clothing and shoes). These limits may change. A processing fee applies.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email, including the details you submitted and the products ordered. If you need to make changes, please contact contact@wipeoutbrewing.com.

This information is used solely to deliver your order. Your data is stored for up to two years after delivery for potential dispute resolution. We do not have direct access to your payment information, which is securely handled by our payment providers.
