We’re Helene and Kristine – two dedicated surfers with a passion for creating inclusive communities.

The idea for Wipe Out brewing was born in late summer 2023, sparked by a shared realization: we were missing a truly great, Danish-developed, organic radler. We hadn’t found one yet - so we decided to make it ourselves!

In pursuit of the perfect radler...

Our journey began at home, experimenting with pots on the stove. With no prior experience in brewing beer or crafting lemonade, our ambitions were still sky-high. We set out to create the best radler we had ever tasted (and trust us, we’ve tasted them all). It had to be organic, and the quality had to be exceptional.

We’re uncompromising when it comes to taste, quality, and the identity behind our products. The world doesn’t need more generic solutions or mediocre beverages. It needs better ones - better for us, and better for the planet. At Wipe Out brewing, we’re committed to always delivering just that: only the best.
